    Wow, very BAD service overall! I am a seasoned web pro, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a hosting company. I am surprised that they are still in business. A few things stood out to me: 1. No 24 hour support via phone. 2. VPS took over 3 days to get started, and required 3 email tickets from me to get the standard package they sold me installed (WHM, CPanel, etc) 3. I decided to cancel my account, and it took over a month ( actually still not resolved ) to get a response. I usually dont leave negative reviews, but I really think they are a scam. If you are looking for green hosting, try fatcow.com.

    I just want to say that Single Hop is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with in years. I have dealt with many. They have the Reseller Tandem control panel with the worst interface imaginable. The servers that you get are a rip off and they will cut your service off even if you have solved all of the problems on the network. Also, they complain about not getting paid when it’s only been 4 days and you have been with them for almost 2 years. They also send a massive amount of tickets so that they don’t cancel the server and actually do work. You have to treat them like children or they won’t do any simple billing tasks. Support is fine but sales/billing is a joke. They allow abuse too. I had a ROSKO spammer on their network and I have taken care of the issue but they have allowed this for months. They cut the amount of ips to 5 per a server and they still want to kick me out even though everything is fine now! They also said that I had a 90% churn rate(servers all the time have been 10 or above!) but now the servers are at just 4. They said that the servers are abusive although three of them have been with us since 2010. Also, they won’t even suspend the servers when I tell them to. They take days! Don’t argue with them either or they might consider it a threat. They don’t consider taken care of problems good! They just want the money. You can tell for sure.
